Modern Indian Proofs vs. Prooflikes

I have this pair which at first (and second, third, fourth...) look are solid cameo proofs. That is, until it was pointed out to me that the mint marks are diamonds, not the letter B. From what I can garner from Krause, those are the same mint mark, but the diamond is not used on proofs. So my question is whether any proofs do have the diamond, or if I really have exceptionally prooflike coins.

Only the coins with the B mintmark are considered proofs. The daimond mint marks are considered prooflike uncirculated.
