1981 Topps Traded Case Question

I have a chance to buy this, but not very experienced buying cases. Everything look okay based on these pictures? What should I look for when checking case in person?

Case looks good to me. BBCE's buy price is $1700, so that gives you an idea on the value, keeping in mind that he leaves room in there to make a decent profit. I'm assuming that's also your intention.

Did Topps not always use staples??

Staples are the first thing that I thought of as well. I'm my experience, Topps has always stapled there boxes.

I would think yes.

Edit to add: Would be cool to buy a couple that way, too. Nice pick up!

i'd be in for a couple of those BBCE sealed boxes - that case looks sweeter every time i check this thread.
