Topps to produce cards from the move 'Major League' Link. Tom Berenger and Corbin Bernsen on board. No word on Charlie Sheen.

The 89 design was hideous to begin with and now they want to bring it back for a modern set. Nice idea, horrible execution.

If no Sheen then the set is ignored - Sheen would be a must here - bet he wants a million bucks and a couple chicks for the rights though

I guess they wanted to keep it in line with when the movie was actually released(1989)..but they should have used the 89 Upper Deck design....

Yeah I know it Topps releasing it... I'm just being stupid!

Sheen is a HUGE fan of baseball. I wouldn't be surprised if he even allowed them to do it for free. He sure doesn't need the money.

Btw, I love that movie.

This would be the 2nd set. There is a blue bordered set that was made in 1989. That is the "Wild Thing" rookie to have.
