Need Some Help/Advice

Hello All.

Coins rather than cards are my main interest, however, back in the early 90's a good friend opened a card shop and wanting to relive my childhood, I jumped in with both feetimage. I have bunches of cards from that era just sitting in a closet. Is there any market for these or should I just dump them at the local Goodwill collection center?

Thanks

I don't know a lot about modern, but aren't there some insert cards from the 90s worth some decent money? IIRC there were some good basketball inserts that bring in a decent buck.

Hopefully modern collectors can chime in on this.

OP ... try doing a search. There were a few threads regarding the 90s inserts.
    STAY HEALTHY!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
  • Dump sounds like a plan.

Also, I know I have a few with some value, such as a sealed 89 UD box with the Griffey RC, a Bowman set with the Ramirez RC, several 1959 Dodger and White Sox cards. I even won a contest sponsored by TOPPS back in that time and got a "shot heard round the world" card signed by Branca and Thompson.

What do y'all use for price guides these days?

    thanks again.
