What a shocker. Jerry wants his perenially .500 club in the playoffs. I know the NFL has toyed with the idea of having 7 teams per conference, but 8 would be even worse.
The NFL season is fine the way it is right now. No need to add more regular season games, and certianly no reason to add more mediocre playoff teams to the mix.
