Have mid-grade HOF RCs/Mantles increased in price over the past few years?

Hello all,
I'm trying to figure out where to focus baseball collecting goals in 2014. I'm hoping to get centered low to mid-grade (anywhere from PSA 3 to 5) vintage Mantles as well as HOF RCs from the 1950s-70s of players like Clemente, Aaron, Banks, Rose, Ryan, etc. I would focus there this year if there's been much price movement upwards recently, say the last 3-4 years. (I'd rather get them purchased before they go up any more if so).
It seems the really high grade RCs have gone up in price a lot, but any observations about the PSA lower to mid-grades? And have Mantles in those grades stayed pretty steady or has there been increase/decrease?
Thanks for any input! I really value the many folks on this board that have so much experience and are willing to help.

i did a majority of me "heavy lifting" buying at the 2011 show. the same grade slabs a the 2013 show were up across the board, some significantly
WTB: PSA 1 - PSA 3 Centered, High Eye Appeal 1950's Mantle
Most of this is based on mid-grade cards (PSA 4 to 6), so it should be pretty close to what you're looking for. Interestingly, Mantle prices have been pretty flat over the last six years, while other HOFers have done pretty well.
