    I didn't forget to send scan of Ripken Auto, Just havn't got it back from Fleer yet,
    but they have sent me the Carter, which I sent them both in on the same day 1/18/02.
    I'm mailing in a 2001 Fleer Platinum Lumberjacks Autographs Derek Jeter redemption
    card to them today and asking them what's the holdup is. I'll send scan when it arrives,

    heres a novel idea....Since we all know alabamahammerslammer is really nakkerdakker aka Michael D aka David Diec...And he's one of the top thieves there is out there..He lists Crum as a reference and claims to have made many successful trade with him...Why not use that trust...We could compile a list of peoples stolen cards...crum could use the trust that Diec has in him to arrange a trade for the stolen cards..Crum could make nakkerdakker send firts then stiff him and just disperse the cards to their rightful owners....Maybe win one for the good guys...

    Ripping him off, even to get cards back, would make a very nice person no better than the crook. Plus all it would do is get a very good man into some major legal and criminal trouble.

    In certain situations there can be a sense of good in doing bad....screw reputation, legalities, etc.....

    Well seeing all the folks that Diec has ripped (including myself) and the legal routes that did'nt get anyone their cards back (including myself)...And the fact that somewhere someone has a website which keeps tally on his stolen goods and I recall last time I saw it it was around $6,000 to $7,000 on Beckett alone...I'd lose not a wink of sleep if this piece of sh*t got ripped off,struck by lightning,killed in a horrible car crash,publicly stoned to death etc. etc.

    And you need to look at the big picture,If you lay down with dogs you come up with flees..ie. If Crum has been/and is making trades with this dude...Chances are the cards (at least some) Crum is getting are stolen..Not Crum's fault but look at it like this...Crum wins he gets cards he wants...Nakkerdakker wins he gets cards for nothing...Who loses you ask?...the kid that Diec stole the cards from to begin with...

    Just my humble opinion...I personally dont have a prob with folks trading with thieves should they choose...I just like to put the thought in their head that while they're admiring the spiffy new card they just got..Someone out there (a collector just like them) is bumming that that card got stolen from them..
