On the first pic i see Bruce Bochy, Dick Williams, Steve Garvey, and Gary Templeton.

The top one obviously has Steve Garvey, the middle one I see HOF Jim 'Catfish' Hunter.

Edited to add: A's pennant also has Vida Blue, looks like he signed V. Blue. I see it says 1973

Mike Hegan and Dick Green are the other two in blue ink on the A's pennant. I can't make out the one in red ink.
Jerry Coleman is in the lower left on the Padres '84 LCS program. I think it's Ted Leitner (radio play-by-play) right below him.
On the bottom Padres magazine, the only 2 I recognize at this magnification are Matt Clement (left side) and Eric Owens (lower right), and it's a 2000 program (based on Owens's sig).

Better, clearer, bigger, closer up pics would help a lot to. Its hard to tell on some cause of the pics.
