If someone has more patience then I do and wants a mint Clemens rookie cheap I'd be willing to let this go for $75 dlvd. It's sharp and well-centered with a clean surface. The corners are great. I'd say it's at least mint, but I obviously cannot guarantee it. IMO it has a real shot at a Gem grade. The corners are great. Unfortunately I've subbed it twice now and both times it has come back MinSizRQ.
