Why it would still be an 8....this way the purchaser has the "hope" of cracking or resubbing for a higher grade.

In my opinion, 2 reasons to get it reholdered:

1. The holder appears to possibly be damaged. Note the white lines in the top left and bottom middle.

2. Right or wrong, the perception of a looser grading standard is often associated with the original typewriter font labels.

No damaged case here. I just wiped it down a bit better was all. The card is very nice. 8.5? Ehhh. I think the grade is good where its at but its a hands down high end solid 8. Better than most imo.

Beautiful Mantle still up for grabs.
