Secure Submission question

Good morning...on 11/22 PCGS received two economy tier submissions from me. One was for 8 coins and 1 was for five coins and was sent for the secure service but still economy tier. On 12/9 PCGS shipped back my regular economy submission of 8 coins but as of 12/21 my other smaller economy submission is still not showing grades or that it has been mailed back yet. Since they are both from the same tier and I didn't see any information on your site stating there would be a two week delay for the secure service I thought I would reach out to you and ask. submission # 127569
