    The light tone has a very nice look to it.

    It's actually brilliant white but I guess the shadow effect caused a light violet hue to the coin (I wasn't wearing a pink shirt, I promise).

    Whoa, now that is the definition of a nice coin right there! I'm not much into George VI twenty-five centers but I'd sure be into that one! Where'd you get it?

    Raw ms64 purchase (not Ebay).

    I knew right away ICCS would grade it minimum an ms65.

    I was very pleased it came back a 66.

    These have come down in price a bit over the years.

    I believe one (ICCS ms66) sold on Ebay last year for somewhere between $900 to $1100.
