IF YOU SELL ON EBAY....You need to read this "VERY IMPORTANT"

Have a buyer who bids and doesn't want to pay and you see that he does this all the time.....10, 20 and 30 times. How does he keep bidding???? Listen UP.

1. Report it as a non paying bidder to get your fees back and give him a strike or whatever.

2. "THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP" Go into the sold items and where it says "More Actions"....use the drop down and click report buyer. The CS agent told me unless you do this they will not take action. This is different than just non-paying bidder report.

3. BLOCK BIDDER

Just giving him + feedback and writing "Buyer did not pay" does not do anything. You give him a positive.

ALL SELLERS WITH THESE PROBLEMS.....PLEASE TAKE THESE STEPS

I have always did step 1 and step 3 then the positive feedback stating he doesn't pay! I always thought giving the buyer a non-paying bidder strike does it all, but I can tell I was wrong! Thanks for the info!

The report buyer option is a complete joke. Everytime I have reported a buyer, ebay HAS DONE NOTHING!!!!!!!!

If you're supposed to report a buyer for not paying, then why are these the only choices?

    Buyer made unreasonable demands
Buyer abused a buyer protection program
    Buyer misused returns
    Other problems

If you click "other problems" you're then offered these choices:
Buyer used foul or offensive language
Requested false information on customs forms
Your problem isn't listed here (write it in)

Other....then write it in. Write that the buyer has a history of not paying based on the + feedback with non paying comments...if this applies. I went through the process with EBAY on the phone and yes it is an unperfect system that allows for craziness. I asked the CS agent....The buyer has done this like 20 times....is it the 21st time that will put it over the top and ban him? I was getting heated.
