Can I find a '54 Topps Mays in PSA 6 for $200 delivered?

Is that realistic.

Thanks,

No. The VCP average price is $314.14. No card has a recorded price that low. The only way you're going to stay below $280 is by buying an off-centered 6.

That said, maybe the next guy to reply to this thread has a gorgeous one for $199.99 (s&h included). Good luck. image

If so, I'll take as many as he has! LOL

Dune ... a "5" is more in line with your price. I'm sure if you take your time you will be able to find a nice looking "5". GOOD LUCK.

The 1954 Mays is a great looking card. One of my favorites from the set. A PSA 6 for your price will not happen. Like Doug said find yourself a nice PSA 5.

  • Thanks guys, guess I'll need to spend more if I want to get a PSA 6. It's the last card I need for my New Yorks Giants PSA set.

Or just focus on a super nice, lower grade card. I sold a 4.5 one time for $200 that looked as nice as, if not nicer than, most of the 6's. Seems like everyone gets fixated on the number on the flip, that they forget that sometimes you can get a nicer looking card for less money if they are patient.
