Really? I keep hoping for a smiley icon in your post to show me you're kidding. This toning is so hideously unnatural to the point of being offensive. Copper just doesn't tone that way.

The copper does have an unnatural pink tone in spots which would indicate an enhancement of some sort. The toning may be the result of the residue left on the coin and long term storage in an album

IMO the coin was chemically treated to remove surface crud, and this unnatural toning occurred as a result.
