Are we sure Moran isn't really Carnac The Magnificent?
Nikklos, the next time you rip a cello, you should set it up so that Moran lists every card expected in the pack ahead of time and then commence with the ripping to compare.

For 1970 cellos there are 3 distinct sequences, impossible to predict middle sequence of 11 cards

I have a 70 6th series cello. On top is Hal Lanier and bottom is Rose if that helps. At least I know there is a Sutton and Banks in there as well.

So, from the top there is a sequence of 12 and then from the bottom there is another sequence of 12? There are 35 cards per '70 cello, right?

Topps advertised 33 cards per cello (three sections of 11) but every once in awhile you get an extra card.
Most racks from the early 70's usually gave you one extra card in one of the sections
