HELP....Need to find out what this card is!!!

I need some help on finding out if a card I traded for is real or not. The person I traded with has told me this card is 100% real but I have my doubts.

1999 Collectors Edge Daunte Culpepper blueline front
1999 Collectors Edge Daunte Culpepper blueline back

This is something like a printing plate (ie stadium club) The thing that is freaking me out is that the card is paper thin! I could bend it like a piece of paper. Not sure if edge printing stuff like this...I've seen some of their products before and it's not the best out there. Do any of you guys know of any of these cards out there? The person I traded with told me that another one of a common player sold for $120.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Well I gave up quite a bit considering it's a masterpiece and all. I'd first like to clarify if it was real. Then we could talk trades.

  • How can you call it a masterpiece? Is it #d 1/1?

It has an M beside the number M16...which stands for masterpiece.

  • oh, ok. Didn't realize that image

Have ANY idea how much in trade you'd want in return? I'd have to see if I have enough in trade that you may want.

Could you give me a short list of some people you want.

I'd be interested in any high end rc's from any sport (Brands...SPX, Sp authentic...essential credentials, chrome etc)

its not a 'masterpice' persay, its a coll edge cyan press plate...there are 3 press plates for each card....cyan, magenta, and yellow...its LIKE a masterpiece in a way, but its surely no 1/1 like a focus or a gold label 1/1.
  • So, it is like my W.Dunn Press Plate Pinnacle RC then?

Also, is the plate of Culpepper of his RC or an insert?

This is his RC. Oh and I"m not sure if edge does the same process as other companies with printing plates. I own a couple of stadium plates and they are real think, this one is very thin, almost like a photo negative.
