Etiquette question: Is it acceptable to post a link on the BST fourum if you have an item consigned

Just wondering if that would be an acceptable post over on the BST forum.

Thanks-
Claude

I wouldn't think it would be a problem. It is your item and it is for sale. Post it.

Would be far more appropriate there than so many others that do exactly such in this folder (whether blatant or subtle)... I don't see anything wrong with promoting an item you have available when using the proper forum. Good luck!

Nice car, I had a 70 340 Cuda that I sold in 1991, the sale still haunts me to this day. image

Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.
  • I can't think of a reason why that would be viewed any differently than posting a link to your own EBay auction on that forum. Perfectly fine.
