I understand it is confusing the meaning of "printing plate". So in that part I'm confuse too because I expect a mirror image. But isn't a fake issue.

Printing plates aren't fake. The cards are print using the Offset printing method. The ink image is apply to the printing plate, then it is apply to other medium, and then the medium applies it to the cardboard. Every card has 4 printing plates. Every printing plate have a color because in printing you actually mix colors to get all colors. If you have common printer with color inks and you made a refill. You will understand it.

Also the printing plates are in aluminum. So for safety the printing plates have rounded corners.

Thanks Kane but am still thinking the plates in one or another card company product are just there for looks. In example my plates pictured above match the negative of the actual printed card, but (exmaple) 2013 Topps Chome Nick Maronde card is reverse negative of the printing plate. You can search on ebay and see the examples.
