Question about Fleer and Donruss rack packs

Does anyone know if Donruss issued rack packs in boxes in 84, 85 and 86? Or were there just case prices? I am looking on eBay and I only see lots of 12 at a time for 1984 for the rack packs. The case showing says 72 packs. Topps puts them in boxes of 3 or 6 with 24 packs in each box. But did not know if Donruss and Fleer followed this same packing method.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a Donruss rack box, just the 72 ct. cases. Fleer is a different story, they issued rack boxes.

I have a case of 86 Fleer and have never seen boxes.

Fleer has rack boxes from 1984, 1985, and 1986, that look very similar to the 1987 Fleer rack boxes (which has a cellophane wrapping the entire box). Starting from 1988, fleer didn't cellophane wrap their boxes (and I think this applies to the 1982 fleer as well).
