Interesting use of proof fields

I found this cool. I've seen a lot of water bodies on coins - rivers, oceans, lakes, etc. - but I don't think I've ever seen this perspective. Side view. The main object is partially above and partially submerged.

    I didn't buy it, but agree with you; the price wasn't bad at all.

    It would have to be modern. Nothing interesting happened in proof designs prior to the 20th c.

    Part of the beauty is its simplicity. And I'm always a sucker for a good reverse proof.
