Sport radio shows...best and worst.

Freddie Coleman is the best in my book. Great football coverage and he stays on topic.

Jim Rome is a great interviewer but the nonsense stuff gets annoying.

Colin Cowherd is a blowhard.

Coleman is awful, and it's not coincidence he got booted from the 'Coach and Coleman' show to do weekday late night shows. I agree that Cowherd is a fool - he's the radio version of Skip Bayless. He thinks if he says something loud enough, often enough, people will accept it as fact.

Scott Van Pelt and Ryan Russillo are the best on radio for me, hands down. They have disagreements but they never let that devolve into yelling or personal attacks. Always on point, always on topic, and they don't hide the fact that they are fans of certain teams too. Dan Patrick is a fantastic interviewer, but he far too often lets his celebrity connections get in the way.

Had a decent local guy here but he headed off to Phoenix for a better gig.
