Tried to call BBCE today...

...and I got no answer the last couple of times I tried to call, but Steve called me back because he knew I wanted to buy some unopened wax.

I bought the following:

1 box of 1976 Donruss Space 1999 wax
1 box of 1981 Topps Star Wars The Empire Strikes back series 2 wax
1 box of 1982 E.T. wax
5 packs of 1982 Donruss M*A*S*H wax
6 boxes of 1990 Topps Baseball wax
11 RakPaks of 1986 Topps Baseball.

That should keep me busy for a while huh?

Thanks Steve!

Paul.

Later, Paul.

It's kinda late and way too lazy to do the research as i'm sure it's been discussed to death on the boards, but did the nnof frank thomas or the george bush card make its way into 90 topps wax boxes? If it did, then i hope you find one of each. Great purchases paul and good luck. 1988 topps and 1990 topps factory christmas sets were the first two sets i owned when i was a kid so i'm very partial to both even though they are mass produced and will probably never get any respect.
Always looking for OPC "tape intact" baseball wax boxes, and 1984 OPC baseball PSA 10's for my set. Please PM or email me if you have any available.

Good eye my friend, good eye. Yes I bought those boxes to "give it a shot" in finding a NNOF Thomas.

Best of luck hope to see the nnof or bush scan in a week or two. You know, junk wax will never get any respect. I get it and understand why, but i think it's great that these sort of variations or "special cards" exist as to warrant buying junk wax. Even if there wasn't variations i'd probably still buy it lol

    Sounds like a good time!

The only box your missing is an Andy Griffith unopened box. I remember my dad bought one back in the 90's, he actually pulled a Gomer Pile auto patch super factor 1/1!!! Jk, jk. But he really did buy a box of Andy Griffith wax packs lol.

    Good luck, happy ripping!
