how does a slight bubble affect grading ?

one of my cards look great but has a small surface bubble. I think the card looks about an 8 how much lower will the grade go for one small surface bubble or whatever you call em

It looks like a clogged pore where there is actual bubble of air in the paper caused by some sort of drying process or humidity

^^^^^^ That's what I call it. There's a difference between a print dot and bubble
