I think you need a Bump.... No posts since September !!?
Very pleased you only need four Quarters to finish the set.
I am putting together a VF / XF set for a friend - but I'll keep looking for you while I am at it. I just picked up a 1913-S in F15 - looks like a 20. It's been sent back for regrade in a Secure Plus holder.
No small amount of chump change to buy it either ! Found this at a small show in Sarasota.
Chat soon.

Down to four coins... You are up against it on the 97-S and the 13-S ( hold onto your wallet when you do locate them ) the other two Phila dates should be easy enough... Odd the 16-P is still on your list... Never realized it would be so tough. Have a great time at the ANA ... I want to hear good things from you. Best of luck !!
Edit to add: I had not read a previous post saying you were trying to upgrade the two Philadelphias. Nothing wrong in being picky.

I found a lowly PCGS VF30 16-P example at the ANA. $35 bucks. That was it. Found it at a tiny dealer's table, way, way, way in the back corner. It is a bit lighter than I like, but it will do for now. I have no idea why I can't locate a nice dirty 16-p.
Didn't see a ton of Barber material, in general, at the ANA. I was disappointed with the show, as many 'Big Boy' East Coast guys were snowed in, and simply could not make it. Still fun though...wish I could have spent more time there. Portland was very fun - we had great weather too.
I also just send in four raw quarters. My raw 1894-p came back VF25. The other three all came back VF20 (1892-s, 1896-0, 1904-o). All grades were right on the money. These coins have sat in my raw album since the late 80's. Figured I would send in some of the better dates, using my free voucher. I sent in the 1894-p just because I needed it for my certified set. Again, it's OK, but I prefer the dirty stuff (wow...that sounded bad).

Always looking for original, better date VF20-VF35 Barber quarters and halves, and a quality beer.

Guess these dates in VF don't grow on trees, at least in the Pacific NW?
