Setting traditions

I don't know about you, but I'm happy that we have two kids. This has allowed me to set sports collecting traditions in our home that would have otherwise not been there. I'm excited because this year our youngest will get his first complete set of Topps baseball. Our eldest will get his first baseball cap (Reds). Here are some traditions we started, based on age...
1st year- World Series winner pennant
1st Christmas- Topps baseball complete set
2nd Christmas- 1st card packs
3rd Christmas- 1st baseball cap
3rd Birthday- 1st baseball game
5th Christmas- 1st signed baseball
13th Birthday (assuming there is interest)- 1st spring training trip
It's a work in process, but I'm really looking forward to opening packs with my oldest this year and continuing traditions that we have started. That boy loves baseball.![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif)
Do you have traditions like this with your kids?

Once he turns 5, we'll start doing games. We've got the Giants, A's, Niners, Raiders, Sharks, Warriors, Stanford, and Cal all within an hour from home.
As for a tradition, my new one starts this January 1st, 2014, and will happen every year.
It will be the 40th anniversary of 1974 cards, and thus we will open 1 pack of 74 Baseball, maybe a 74 Football, and a few packs of 84 Baseball and Football. Each year, on January 1st, we'll open an anniversary pack from the 70's, and a few packs or a box from the 80's.
That's the tradition I'm bringing to the table, but my hope is that he and his sister (when she's ready), will help construct their own traditions.
Good Stuff.
