Here is my problem. I made a sale last month. Item # 1821206305 It was a bin, and someone from Singapore ended it, and then emailed me asking could he buy it because I had stated U.S. only. He was established, and so I decided to make an exception. I told him I would pay for the extra shipping, if there was any. Well, it turns out it cost me over $22 to send them uninsured, and if I had mailed them UPS it would've been over $53. Anyway, he has been emailing me for the last two weeks asking where they were. I to,d him to be patient. Today he emailed me saying he was filing a fraud report and leaving negative feedback if I didn't give him a full refund by tomorrow. He paid me on 4-15. I have had international airmail take almost a month before, and that was me on the recieving end. I told the guy to be paitent and I wanted to wait until at least may 15 before doing anything. He wants his money back, what should I do? If I give him anything, which I'm not going to feel inclined to do if he files on me today, I will be out my cards and the money. I would love some advice on this one. Please help!

BTW, I realize I could've done a better job shipping the damn things, and not been in such a hurry to get them out that I didn't register them or anything. I just wish they would get there already!

it usually takes about 2-3 weeks before the cards arrive here..
Money Orders on the other hand really stink.. they usually take about a month
I don't know what you can do with this guy.. I'd mail all my mails to eBay and see what they have to say about it

Undertaker, it was the weight of the package that caused the shipping to be so high. Also, since you are international, what is the longest you have waited for something and then it finally arrived?

Also, alot of people BS, just to try to get you to send, like trying to threaten there was into it.
Also, i've had something take 90 days to arrive, and i was getting threatened by him, but once he got it, and seen the date it was sent, he said he was sorry, and we did a few deals after that, So, i really wouldn't be worried, also... lets say he did file mail fraud, assuming im wrong on the 90 day thing, Then once he filed it, you wouldn't get in trouble, you would have a chance to send in all the e-mails with the proof, and also, it would be pending for a while, so once he got them, then unless hes a SOB, and said he never got them, and did the Mail fraud still, then your fine, Assuming you sent, your fine.
