White Plains Show

The Thanksgiving White Plains show is usually the worst of the year, but I had good luck today. One guy had a partial 1972 set that he and his son had put together from wax in the '70's. I cherry picked 28 cards from that, all NM/M beauties, and paid only $55 for the lot. Really nice:
Another seller had some high grade commons, 1971-1976, and I picked up another 30 or so from him for $50. Again, really nice ones:
A few beauties
It's days like these that keep me coming back!

Nice pickups Dave.

Collecting:
Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.
That's the fun of a card show you never know what you will come up with.
