Buying precision laser cutter, which should I get?

So with PSA grading hand cut cards and newsprint, I'm interested in purchasing a laser cutter. I figure the newsprint would likely just catch on fire but magazine print would do well at a low power level. Now, before any of you accuse me of being some kind of card doctor,I ask you, wouldn't PSA or BGS catch the fact they are laser cut? Ok, then! So, what would any of you recommend? I would like something that is a flatbed type and can hold large pieces(20x20?) but standard paper size should be fine. Also, does anyone know the maximum thickness these could cut through? 75pt,138pt etc? I'd like to try custom die-cutting with the blank decoy cards you normally find in packs. Thank you ahead of time for your advice!

I agree with your point on the laser. I believe using a laser would be detectable by PSA. I considered getting one of these at one point until I researched it a bit. I don't think a waterjet would be better though, as the amount of water it uses would surely sog/warp the card.

In your world, I'm honored to have created this thread and be your ever, ever, ever, ever. But I digress, I do appreciate those fellow members that have responded with positive comments.
@scashaggy-Surprisingly,I did have a bench mounted Skil saw with that laser pictured. Although aligned properly, I don't think I'm pushing enough power because the laser isn't cutting at all. I called an electrician and a carpenter buddy to see what I'm doing wrong.

So my buddy has one of these he uses at work. I tested this on an 88 Topps sheet I had and it didn't turn out well, the sheet just blew away and the damage the water did was obvious. I also flooded my garage.
@bobbyw8469-There are some articles in Playboy that have a few sports stars pictured. They should sell well in any condition.
