NEWPs: Talers and Guldiner Restrike

The first is on my wish list and will likely be the case for some time... the original Taler, the Guldiner. At this time, I will need to remain satisfied with this 1953 restrike.

1631-KB. Hungary. Ferdinand II (1617-1637) Taler. DAV-3129. Kremnitz Mint. Tough piece in mint state. Typical crude strike. NGC MS-63.

1674. Salzburg. Max Gandolph Graf Kuenburg (1648-1687) Taler. DAV-3508. Purchased from James Ricks @ Atlas Numismatics (Thanks Roman). Awesome eye appeal. PCGS MS-62

That's a gorgeous Salzburg, Z! And I'm sure it's just a matter of time until you post the original Guldiner image

Is that Guldiner Restrike from one of the more recent gmarguli auctions? If so, that thing went for sort of crazy money (IMO). Lovely coin though. image

Interesting how the Guldiner restrikes generate such a premium.
