It's been a lot of years since a mid AU 1836 B-2 has sold. For that matter it's been a long time since a 1836 PCGS AU55 of any variety has been offered. This Beauty is a real stunner. The obverse is toned a neon Blue, lilac, pink and yellow and looks quite amazing! The reverse has some blue and gold hues. A real piece of eye candy overall!! The type of coin that doesn't come along that often. In an older holder from circa 2000 I believe, she has strong luster beneath the superb toning. Offered at $1495 firm. Please no offers!
