For those forum collectors in the USA have a happy Thanksgiving. It has been a great year. We currently have on the ground about 3 inches of snow. I live in upstate NY and this is about typical for this time of year. Looking forward to meeting new friends on the forum in the next year. Don't over indulge and have a safe and happy new year

Actually wild turkeys can fly and often do. They roost up in trees at night. Domesticated turkeys are bred for the extra white meat and are so heavy that they cannot fly. Had a great day eating turkey with my two daughters, two son-in-laws and three grandchildren. Happy holidays everyone.
