Battlefield Coin Show medal now on sale (SOLD OUT!)

This medal was struck in order to commemorate the 1st annual Battlefield Coin Show™ in Gettysburg, PA on September 20-21,2014. The coin is a zinc alloy and is 1 1/2 inches in diameter with the thickness of United States silver dollar. Limited mintage of 250 pieces. We will have different themed medals struck each year for the show. The coin is struck in 3D, which provides a high relief coin. Exceptional quality!
The obverse of the coin features Frank Vittor's portraits of a Union and Confederate Veteran from the Battle of Gettysburg commemorative and the crossed flags from the time of the civil war on the reverse. The Union flag has 35 stars and includes the star for West Virginia.

These have a 3D effect and the portraits stand above the planchets. These are limited to 250 pieces and have been selling well.
