Question on Wayte-Raymond albums

I recently came across a 3 piece set for commemoratives from 1892 to 1954. It was in good condition for age (guessing 1970's).
Is it collectible, and if so any idea of value. Each notebook had 5 pages and was brown in color. Thanks for info.

You can buy them new old stock for around $115. Used in good condition I'd expect to pay half that or less.
