Return of my virtual garage sale thread.....Some decent, non garage sale stuff

I had run my virtual garage sale thread here for awhile but took some time off and have now returned to continue the thread. I have decided to rid myself of a good deal of stuff I have accumulated over the years. Many of these items are of higher quality but since I have nobody in my family who wants it I might as well sell now so that if anything ever happens, my wife isn't stuck dealing with it.
The first item for sale is an original clubhouse sign that hung inside the Cub's clubhouse in Wrigley Field during the early to mid '80's. I had worked for the team during this time in the Stadium Operations department and we would change these signed from time to time as they would get worn. Since these signs were not exposed to the elements they were made of very thick cardboard and hung inside each Major League clubhouse at that time. Rules were in place to keep visitors out but they were not heavily enforced until after the Pirates drug scandal of the late 70's where pretty much anyone, including players "friends" who happened to be dealers had ready access to the clubhouse.
As mentioned previously this sign is made of heavy cardboard and has no creases or wrinkles. There is some slight wear around the upper right edge due to how it was displayed inside the clubhouse but that can be matted out easily. Even if you don't mat it out it is a still a very presentable piece. This piece is slightly larger than a normal sheet of paper and would be an excellent addition to a Wrigley Field collector, Cubs fan or just a game used collector.
I have sold two smaller signs on Ebay in the past that hung in the clubhouse (both were no smoking signs per league rules such as this one) but this is the largest I have owned. I am asking for 69.00 OBO delivered on this sign. Please let me know if you have any questions.
FYI...I could not get the complete sign on my scanner bed. Let me know if you would like to have a picture of the actual sign. There is only a small amount (less than a half inch) missing from this scan so not much was left off.
The next item is a Bobby Doerr signed "ticket" which doubles as a Bible tract. A number of years ago Mr. Doerr would send these types of tracts back to any TTM autograph seeker and this is exactly where I received this one. A unique Doerr item that I am asking 5 bucks for.
The next "item" is more or less a collection of items that I gathered back in the early to mid '80's. Back in that time frame I was an avid TTM'er but I normally sent out questionaires to the players asking them three simple questions. You can tell how long ago this was as I printed these forms using my Commodore 64 crappy printer (for you young-uns....a Commodore 64 was the first computer made for home use and everyone had them on their Christmas list )
What I am selling is these replys I received from various baseball players who played mostly during the WWII war years and into the 50's. Many of these players are no longer with us and the one's that are stil lwith us more than likely will not do questionaires any more. I sent these out because I loved the history of the game and wanted to learn more about the players than any book I could read. I have loved owning these for two decades but, since I almost never look at them any more it is time to let someone else own them.
I would like to sell as one large collection but if that doesnt work I would consider selling per page. I am looking to get 85.00 delivered or would sell any sheet for 7 bucks unless otherwise noted. These sheets have been in plastic pages since the day I received them and will be shipped in a PWE, letter style unless another form of shipping is requested as this is the way I received them originally. If the full collection is purchased at once I will of course ship them accordingly.
There are a ton of scans and I apologize for taking up all the space in this thread with these scans.

The next item on the list is a factory sealed set of 1986 Chicago Cubs team issued cards. This over sized set features Ryne Sandberg and the rest of the 1986 Cubs team. This set was distributed at Wrigley Field on baseball card day with only 10K sets being produced. Many of these sets wound up on the floor of Wrigley Field and most sets were busted open upon receipt. This set is still wrapped in it's original cellophane wrapping. I am asking 6 bucks delivered on this lot.
The next item is a vintage Eddie Matthes signed 1962 Topps baseball card. The card is signed in ball point and was obtained back in the mid-60's. Asking 40.00 delivered on this item
The next item I have for sale is a 2008 Topps Heritage baseball set. This is the complete base set (Minus 5 short prints that I always intended to find) AND a full set of the black variations. These cards are all minty fresh and will look great in your collection. You will receive the complete base set, stars and all (minus the 5 SP's) AND the black variations. These cards have been pulled directly from packs and sorted into a set where it has set since that day in 2008.
The cards that are missing are as follows:
11 Luke Scott
231 Kevin Gross
315 JAcque Jones
381 Casey Blake
409 Jon Lester
Each of these missing cards are available on Ebay right now for under 4 bucks each. Jon Lester is typically a bit higher in price. For a small cash outlay (20 bucks or less on Ebay) you can purchase the needed cards for this set. Once you purchase this set and the 5 needed cards you can have a complete base set of 425 cards as well as the complete black variation SP set. Base sets are going for around 50 dollars on Ebay and the black variation set is going for around 50 as well. I am looking to get 55.00 delivered on this set. And to help offset the cost of having to purchase the 5 cards you need to complete this set I will throw in some high numbers as well as the Flash backs insert set.
Next up is a large amount of in person autographed cards. I will sell by the card or by the whole lot. Just let me know what you would like. Shipping will be 2.00 bucks per card unless you are OK with a plain white envelope and a card saver for shipping. I certainly will combine shipping if buying more than one card.

Really like the Ted Williams pic. Funny....even if you pitched him low and away, he was still gonna hit 1 out of 4. Ridiculous.
