The Official N9 Thread

Let's keep a record of the card issues that will always get N9 [PSA does not grade]. I'm also providing examples of gradable cards that are similar to N9 cards. Perhaps I can get them to apply some consistency. Reply with yours and I will update the top of the thread:

Baseball:
1984 Rawlings Glove Hang Tags (Per Reza's request)
1991 Topps Cracker Jack (Illegally removed from printer)
1992 Pro File National
1993 Cardtoons
1993 Spectrum Hall Of Fame (Gold Signature Peels Off)
1993 Z Silk Cachets
1995 Kraft Pop-Ups
Any sheet cut cards that can be obtained as non-sheet cut [Perhaps a new qualifier called "SC" or "SHEET CUT" is needed]

Based on above, should be N9s but aren't:

Baseball:
1986 Donruss Pop-Ups [Similiar to 1995 Kraft Pop-Ups]
1987 Donruss Pop-Ups [Similiar to 1995 Kraft Pop-Ups]
1988 Donruss Pop-Ups [Similiar to 1995 Kraft Pop-Ups]
1989 Donruss Pop-Ups [Similiar to 1995 Kraft Pop-Ups]
1993 Post Cereal Canadian [Similiar to 1995 Kraft Pop-Ups]
Any magazine/newspaper cuts that aren't meant to be cards [See Nolan Ryan Master Set Registry]
Any Broder / Unlicensed cards could maybe be encapsulated [green label?] and not graded / authenticated
Any box / sheet cuts that aren't meant to be cards [See Nolan Ryan Master Set Registry]
I collect PSA 10 Cal Ripken, Jr. cards.
