Where was the Biafra coinage struck?

Krause doesn't give any information. Anybody know?

While I don't have a copy to verify this, I understand that the Schön catalogue (the German-language equivalent of Krause) lists the mint for the circulation coinage as being the government mint of Portugal, the INCM. The later crown-sized 1 pound coins and the gold coins of similar design were apparently minted by a company in Italy, but commissioned by a company in Switzerland.
