    Very cool!

The photo on the last magazine with Andre's arms up looks like the one from the Japanese card Rob posted recently.

Bust them open and see if you can find any nice Bret Hart's.

Wow, you sure he does not have the magazine with the cards? Great to look at, thanks!

yeah maybe I can cut the pic out and submit it to be slabbed. image

but is the Bret Hart the only worthwhile ?

1987 Topps is not a very strong set. Not much action in there in reality.
  • that means its getting ripped lol

    1987 Topps completed sales

So far there are no PSA 10's of the Bret Hart and that would be the best card for sure from the set. You might also pull some cards that you could get signed in the future too.

    Good luck with the rip.
  • man this set is tough to pull out a good card. well these packs stink.

I do not knowwho likes opening old gum cards. Its pretty nasty. old black moldy gum , lot of packs are ruined completely from the gum. the the other side is the wax. no fun at all.

this is the best Bret i got so far but got like 300 packs to go. I dont know , its pretty gross and not fun. im thinking no 10s in here

  • I think the stickers are easier too. I got a ton of pretty good ones. |I saw a brett hart topps wwf 87 go for like 100 on ebay if someone here owns it sell it. I think those are pretty easy to get. I think there is a ton out there.

I bought four boxes of these a number of months back with the idea of looking for a really nice Brett Hart. I got through about 10 packs and decided it wasn't worth opening the rest with the gum and wax stain issue you mention. I may break down and bust the rest but for the time being they are sitting in my bar that I use as my card workbench.

That Brett Hart looks nice. A good number of the graded cards that have been submitted so far were done so by 4SC and they have yet to hit a base card that was a 10 and have hit three of the stickers.

Just looking at the pop report so far the stickers appear much easier with 29.45% of the stickers grading a 10 and only 6.29% of the base cards.
