A few well struck Jefferson Nickels: Grade opinions

Pulled these three out of mint sets today. The one showing signs of die polish was in the same set as the Kennedy half previously posted.

All three appear to be well struck for the date and relatively mark free. In my opinion, they are easy 66's or 66+

Wondering if any of the Jefferson experts see a 67 in any of these:
