I'm having a brain fart...what do you call this type of flaw? (Japanese coin)

Okay I'm old, senile and recovering from the flu (or something very similar). I bought/made an offer on this coin from ebay...wasn't sure about the guy's pictures. Actually, pretty accurate if a little bit juiced just to show it off, but not deceptive.

What would you call those raised (definitely look raised with a loupe in hand) linear areas (crossing the 50, but not involving the 50) and then the stuff at 7/8 o'clock.

Also, the reverse is rotated about 10 degrees. I happened to pick one of these up in Tokyo a couple years ago that was rotated about 160 degrees which was cool too. I have no idea where I put it though. I'm sure I'll unpack it in 3 or 4 years....

Anyway, I don't usually do errors and don't keep up the verbiage (and my befuddled brain can't handle it right now).

At some point I'll try to get a better picture. I bought one of those cheapo magnifying smartphone camera add-ons to try. I've been to sick to open the package so far.

Here is the ebay auction:

Those appear to be die deffects. Too thick to be die polishing lines, so probably die scratches?

Thanks image--I was thinking there was a name for it, or the stuff at the edge...oh well. I'm not right in the head with this stupid viral thing...no ebay bidding or internet shopping until I'm better! Bad decisions will happen.
