How does PSA view centering on '85 Topps football?

I have hundreds of nice 1985 Topps football cards from recent group purchases. I am hoping to get some opinions on how PSA measures the top border on these cards.

Do you think they measure from the word "topps" and up or do they simply measure from the border of the picture?

I've submitted quite a lot of these over the years and the best I can offer is to check existing ones on the bay that are in 10 labels. Hopefully you'll get a good idea of how tolerant they are with this issue.

From the looks of it, they simply measure the border of the picture to the edge. That was simple enough, thanks.
