4SC price increases

Has anyone else noticed lately that 4SC has increased their prices on lots of their cards on lots of different years? They seem to be more matched to pristine paper as far as prices go nowadays and their product doesn't seem to "fly off the shelves" like it once did. Could this be due to dwindling supply of unopened on older years? Or perhaps they were selling too low before and people were reselling it for a profit? Maybe now they are trying to maximize their money with whats left out there? I'm not saying they aren't selling anything i was just interested to see if anyone else has noticed this increase.
Always looking for OPC "tape intact" baseball wax boxes, and 1984 OPC baseball PSA 10's for my set. Please PM or email me if you have any available.

I think prices are going both ways. You can still get literally thousands of PSA 10's for under $10 and even $5, while certain cards are going up and up on prices. I have noticed it. I have purchased from 4SC's for a few years and I don't think they list anything at auction now. It is all at a B.I.N.

Much of their pricing on vintage material doesn't coincide with reality-----a large percentage of their items are priced 25-50% above VCP averages.

its called monoploy. their model, along with psa, sets them up for unfair success. there is no competition for them and they know it. there needs to be about adozen of these type sellers to create a fair marketplace. not real happy about it and i can't believe psa would want it this way. (maybe psa doesn't have a sya, im not totally sure)

Yeppers! I have bought several hundred cards from 4SC over the last 2 years, prolly 100 early Kelloggs 8's & 9's. I got them for real good prices but the price has been raised considerably, to the point where I now shop for bargains instead of using the 4SC BIN. I don't know if they were priced too low or if the market is just responding to a recent surge. I still check them out and they seem to be heading towards the higher pricing of any given card. But, there are still bargains at their ebay site (I guess that is a subjective statement).
    CURRENT PROJECTS IN WORK:
To be honest, no direction, but...

  • I have bought a bunch of cards from them. It seems they now know what I need for my sets and are starting auctions much higher on cards I need. Even though they
are not tough or rare. Probably true for other registry sets.
Looking for Cello packs with Bill Buckner on top
