Best time of year for club specials?

I haven't submitted cards for years and I wanted to find out the best time of year to submit bulk and what the best price to expect? Thanks

If you can make it to National, that's the best time for the bulk special. I believe it was $5 for 1956 and later, and $5.25 1955 and earlier. Due the the heavy backlog at PSA these days, there haven't been many great specials. The current one is probably one of the better ones in a while with $5.75 for 1956+ and $6 for 1955-.
