Surprising poppage / Is this the new holder?

I renewed my CC subscription in person at a St. Louis show on October 26. In addition to the 6 free gradings, I submitted another 38 cards under the 45 day special. I had to pay separate postage because I was told that the 6 card CC renewal is at an elevated service level and I would get those much sooner than the 45 day special. I noticed that the 6 card renewal was logged in as received on October 30 and the 45 day special was logged as received on October 31. Yesterday (November 6) I got an email saying that the 45 day special cards were shipped!!!!! The grades would be a good topic for another day as the 1969 cards I submitted were graded considerably lower than others from my same set that were graded many years ago when they received higher grades for same condition. Anyway, so often we hear on this board about how long it takes to get grades back so I thought I'd tell of my crazy experience.

The only other difference I noticed is that the back of the flip has the hologram inside of all the silver print. Here is a scan of a card I received.

What am I missing? Are these the only changes?
If not, then it's still the old one.
