I have a subscription so Ill be getting one. It's a different design of Mount Rushmore from what we are used to on other coins and is quite artistic. I love the subject matter of America The Beautiful on this series and I like the fact that these are by far the largest and heaviest legal tender coin produced by the U.S. Mint.

Was that really necessary? I see plenty of coins here that I don't care about but I realize that different coins appeal to different people. That's one of the great things about this hobby---there's usually something there that will interest most people.

I personally think the Mt Rushmore ATB design will sell out surprisingly quick.

Just got the e-mail. Nice design, but 50% over spot is tough.

Since the ATB series is long overdue for an "intentional" variety, I would say a "Doubled Eye" variety Mt. Rushmore would look killer. It will do very well nonetheless, it's one of the more recognizable parks for a lot of people who aren't into collecting these quarters.
  • Got to keep the collection going it guess....one for me

Pretty image I am not sure if I should leave them unopened in the sealed box or just open them up I honestly do not think that will make a difference on these

My two came into I opened them up very nice

My ATB came yesterday and it's really beautiful. This is the only U.S. coin series that I can think of that has legal tender U.S. coins that look like medals because of their large size and the artistry of the ATB subject matter. It wouldn't surprise me if this issue sells out.

Got this one yesterday. I only have 5 of these, the Grand Canyon, Olympic, Chickasaw, Hawaii and Mt. Rushmore.

  • I just received mine. One very small rim ding (probably not worth returning). But the design is beautiful. I wonder how soon they will sell out?

    Won't be long.

The Great Basin just sold out at 17,774 and the Mt. Rushmore is at 17,048 (in less than 2 weeks).
