Please Help I'm wondering if this is a Error, 1/1 or Both

Can you help me on this Manning rookie card?
Peyton Manning (1998, Flair Showcase Row 3, #3, Error No Writing on Front, or is that saying it's a
1/1 card were it should say Flair Showcase like it does on the other one both are scanned here.

Also what type of value should I put on it, and will either PSA or BGS grade if it's an error?

    My best guess is that it is a Promo card, but doesn't say anything about promo on it. I have several J.Montana tribute cards that are promos, and the only way you would know is by the # ("P"#).

    If it is not a promo card, my guess is that it is rare, but not 1/1. I have several '00 CE Graded football cards with no name or foil on front (including Carmazzi RC). You could probably put in on Ebay and get a good amount for it. Put possible 1/1 RC of Manning. If you don't get a "good" amount, you will probably get more than BV for it.

    not a 1/1, but maybe an error, if not, i like the Promo idea... i have seena few of these on ebay, and they do pretty good.

    Does anyone know if PSA or BGS will grade cards like this if it's an error?
    Also the backs of these two cards are the same.

    I'm sure they will, but they'd have to know what name to put on the front. You may want to see if you can contact them about it. Personally, I think you'd be better off not getting it graded and just putting it on Ebay.

    Thanks co1lector,
    The main reason I want to get it graded is to see if their are other that has been graded,
    if not then I would be able to honestly state that it's the only one that has been graded. But Beckett
    just informed a friend they do not grade cards if its an error card like missing foil. Doe's anyone know if
    PSA will grade error cards like this.
