returning a raw card on ebay?

Am I able to receive a refund for a card if the seller states "no returns accepted" in listing, but told me in a message he would refund full amount including shipping if I was unsatisfied with the condition of the card?

Thanks!

    SOUNDS LIKE YES.
  • Doesn't matter if he said no returns. If you are unhappy with the condition and item is not as described, he has no choice but to accept returns.

Sellers are not allowed to refuse your returns no matter what their policy is, ebay will back the buyer EVERY time as long as they say "item not as described".

Even on a PSA graded card when they don't agree with the opinion of a pre-approved 3rd party grader??
  • Thats a contradiction in terms. Does not accept returns unless you are not satisfied with item?
