PSA delays in just scanning the package in??

This is not about delays in loggage. I understand they are busy and have been slow to log stuff in. Has anyone experienced delays in just scanning packages in? There is a space where you can enter a tracking number just to confirm that PSA has your package. According to tracking, PSA has my package, but when I enter the tracking number in, it says they have not received it yet?

That option doesn't always work in my experience. I've had subs logged in without that updated. If you call with tracking #, they will tell you if it's there..

My latest sub was like this. When I called they said they had it but it never showed as recieved. Went from not received to logged.

not sure my recent subs were quick. sent from Chicago on 10/31, logged in yesterday.

What service level? I have 2 there now that have been delivered but not logged in and yes, I wrote service level on outside of boxes.

three different subs in one box. one was ticket special, one member renewal, the other was the Oct 5 day special. Wrote 5 Day Special on box.
