Information sharing on shipping......

Just thought I'd express a couple of ideas and pass them along.

USPS has free Priority boxes that fit one GSA dollar box perfectly. One layer of small bubble wrap and
stick it in the hard sided box. Here's a link. I've been using these for years with great success.
DVD Priority box

Next is the soft sided bubble envelope that is also a flat rate Priority. More usable than say the cardboard
document envelopes. Much easier to pack with whatever and protect with bubble wrap. Love them!

    Thanks for sharing!

I like the padded flat rate envelopes! They cost more, obviously, but they fit a small flat rate box for extra protection if you don't feel comfortable with just the latter.
How much does it cost to ship with the DVD box?

The 9.4" X 6.4" X 2.1" Priority Mailing boxes that you can order free from USPS.com will ship 1- 2013 West Point SAE set perfectly.

Standard $5.15 or thereabouts. Regular pricing.

I don't like the risk of bubble mailers and slabs or PMs.

    I box it.

Stock up, they are free to order. Note that the DVD box is just a bit larger than the small flat rate box, BUT the DVD box is not a flat rate box. Also, the padded envelope is NOT a flat rate envelope.

image The 9.5" X 12.5" EP-14PE most certainly is a FLAT RATE padded envelope. image

Dirty little secret: You can fit two small flat rate boxes inside one padded flat rate envelope.
