Sold the guy a Playstation for $51 took the $ and did'nt deliver...Thats over the eBay $25 deductable so that buyer should be able to get at least half his money back..
What will be interesting is crcoks response..Perhaps he'll be another RBarra with a comeback like "Well I was new and did'nt know yet how eBay worked"...You Buy/sell You Pay/Accept Payment You receieve/send merchandise...What's not to understand?

told you it was my friends. he had bad credit and no credit card so i used my info i have always been ctcollects and crock i just helped him out. when he screwed up i sent the money back to the buyer and he gave me the money back thats why he doesnt sell on ebay anymore. he bid on this card not me i called him and told him about it so he could buy it. so nice try einstien but its not my fault. you dont trust me then dont do business with me but you can ask ahares tom. night if his cards are there and see for your selves. thanks chris

So, you mean to tell me that you let him use your info to get an acct and he ripped someone off with your info. Now, you are either lying or totally stupid. Your friend, as you say, has no CC and bad credit... now you know if he rips someone off again, YOU are liable and responsible. And if mail fraud charges are ever filed, they will be filed against YOU and not your friend (if your story is true).

He says he reimbursed the buyer the $51 even though it was his friend that did the scamming..Maybe someone should email the buyer and see if he really got his $51 back..I betcha he did'nt

Soooo, funny thing. Crook...er...crock, claims that he only had an auction id on Yahoo!. Now he claims that he was letting a friend use his ID on eBay. Conflicting stories, or so it seems to me.
Secondly, if it was your friends auction, why was the item description signed in your name? If I were letting a friend post an auction on my eBay account *which i previously claimed not to have at all* I know I wouldn't let him put my name in the auction description.
And, last but not least, you said in the first post that "my e-mail is not ctcollectables," yet in a later post, you say "I've always been ctcollects and crock." Now, are we to believe that someone, using your name, happened to conicidently have the SN ctcollectables, when yours, ctcollects, bears an uncanny similarity? Eh? Can't hear ya. You're mumbling. Yeah, I bet it must be tough to talk with your foot in your mouth. -Jason P
